Forest, mountain, beach or countryside. Places with their own identity where people disconnect and find something a hotel can't offer. Far from the noise, close to something authentic.

Solid infrastructure
It doesn't have to be luxurious, but it has to be in good condition. Reliable electrical wiring, hot water, a functional kitchen and up-to-date maintenance. The minimum standard for a discerning guest to come back.

Premium rental potential
The property has to be able to generate income in dollars — whether through its exclusivity, its setting or its design — something that justifies a price beyond standard Booking.com rates.

A committed owner
We handle the management, but we need an owner who understands that quality is a daily decision. We don't work with owners looking to maximize returns without maintaining the property.
