Our story

Raíces & Horizontes was born from crossing markets that seemed to have nothing in common: the Atlantic forest of Mar de las Pampas and the tropical Pacific of Guanacaste. The connecting thread was always the same kind of investor — someone who wants their capital working in a place where they could also live. Over time, that same standard led us to the mountains of Antioquia, in Colombia.

We market properties in Argentina, Costa Rica and Colombia and connect that supply with investors across all three countries and the United States. We promote international tourism toward the destinations we represent, with the same rules and the same standard on every rental or sale.

Paola runs all operations in Costa Rica. She knows Tilarán and Guanacaste property by property. She's the link between the investor and local reality: from the keys to the monthly P&L.

Nicolás built the platform and defines the investor-acquisition strategy. From Buenos Aires, he connects the Argentine and American markets with Costa Rican assets and the Buenos Aires Atlantic coast.

What we don't compromise on.

Standards, not volume

We don't have 200 properties. We have the ones we believe are good investments. If we wouldn't buy it ourselves, we don't offer it.

Transparency in the numbers

The estimated returns we publish are conservative. We'd rather have reality exceed the expectation than the other way around.

Real local presence

We have teams in Costa Rica, Argentina and Colombia. We're not intermediaries who delegate everything. If there's a problem with a property, we solve it ourselves.

One standard for everything

The same rules for a rental in San José as for one in Mar de las Pampas. The same level of rigor for a USD 200K property as for a USD 1.5M one.
