Living in the places everyone would love to visit.

We don't sell vacations. We help people whose everyday life happens somewhere extraordinary.

The manifesto

There was a moment when we decided that a good life isn't built by accumulating things, but by choosing well the places where the important things happen.

That led us to Costa Rica, to Argentina's Atlantic coast, and more recently to the mountains of Antioquia in Colombia. To understanding that real estate has a layer few people see: the one about real enjoyment, about an asset that's also a home.

Three ways to live it

Rest without guilt

01

Rest without guilt

You don't need a resort. You need a place that's yours. Where no one knocks on the door, where the only noise is wind or sea.

Working from somewhere else

Most of our owners work remotely. Changing your surroundings changes your ideas. Changing your country changes your perspective.

The investment you live in

03

The investment you live in

An asset that generates cash flow and that you can also enjoy. Twenty days a year of personal use. The rest, renting in dollars.

The destinations

Three latitudes, one way of life.

The decision

The best time to choose a place like this was five years ago. The second best time is now.
