Midtown Park by Proper is Proper Hospitality's second residential offering, following the success of Austin Proper Residences and alongside the reopening of The Shelborne By Proper on Miami Beach. Located in the heart of Midtown Miami, steps from the Design District, Wynwood and Edgewater, the tower was designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Meyer Davis Studio. The development sits on a 5-acre mixed-use site combining residences, creative office space and over 100,000 sqft of ground-floor commercial space, anchored by two parks (East Park and West Park) and landscaped paseos. Residence entry is via Midtown Boulevard, with its own valet and porte cochère. Residences range from studios to three bedrooms, with 9-foot-plus ceilings, oversized wrap-around finished balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows, Meyer Davis-designed kitchens with Italian cabinetry and Sub-Zero Wolf appliances, and bathrooms with double showers and Hansgrohe fixtures. The Private Collection of penthouses adds double-height (20-foot) living rooms, terraces, gardens and private pools. On the 7th floor, the building unfolds its own amenity deck: a pickleball court, a heated 60-foot pool, a communal vegetable garden, a 3,000-sqft fitness center with a Pilates room, a spa with sauna and steam room, an event lounge, a business and co-working lounge, a kids' playroom, and a virtual golf simulator.
